1. Introduction
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Academix365, a company incorporated under Ivorian law, and the user (“You” or “User”) of the Academix365 digital platform. By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Purpose of the Agreement
The Academix365 platform is a digital solution dedicated to online professional training and certification. It allows users to access training modules, diploma programs, as well as digital certifications.
3. Registration and Account Creation
To use certain services of the Academix365 platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during your registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities related to your account.
4. Access to Services
Access to the platform is provided in the form of limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licenses for the use of Academix365’s services. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property
All content accessible on Academix365, including training courses, modules, educational materials, trademarks, logos, and other elements, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Academix365 or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit in any way any content without the express permission of Academix365.
7. Financial Terms
Certain parts of the platform are paid services, and a subscription or registration may be required to access them. You agree to pay the applicable fees for these services according to the specific terms of your subscription. Prices may be changed at any time, and you will be given prior notice in the event of a change.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Modifications to the Agreement
Academix365 may, at any time, modify the terms of this Agreement. Users will be informed of any substantial changes by notification on the platform or by email. By continuing to use the platform after these changes, you agree to the new terms.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to the competent court in Côte d’Ivoire, subject to any contrary legal obligations.
